Update: I figured out how to stop the notification in my headset. Now I'm just wondering how do I stop the voice from telling me who's calling and just let the ringtone play.

I love the bluetooth headset but I hate that it is playing my ringtone in my ear and not on the phone. How can I disable the ringtone from being played in my ear and just let it play on the phone.

Alright, so I went into the regional setting and selected the H:mm:ss setting and clicked OK and it still is set to HH:mm:ss Anybody know why and how to fix this?
