Deleting Ringtones and Graphics

I want to delete the ringtones and graphics that came on my CU400. I don't like them and would like to clear memory space for items I do like, lol. It doesnt seem like I can delete any of them though, is there a trick to it?

Computer Recognizing V3 as a USB Device NOT as a Phone?

Any idea why? I have tryed everything I can think of an my computer is still not recognizing my phone - neither is PhoneTools. Are there any other ways around this? Bluetooth? If so, please explain... thanks!

I am only wanting to add ringtones and pictures to my V3. I just bought it yesterday. Everything seems to work fine with the phone, but the software that came with it won't seem to recognize it. I've done the updates, restarted the computer a few times, everything, lol. Is there any other software availible that will allow me to add MP3 ringtones and transfer photos back and forth through my computer? Thanks! -Ashley
