I got the Google maps app to work on my Q. Unfortunately, Verizon has crippled the GPS in the Motorola Q. Normally, Google Maps can use a phone's GPS to show where you are on the map. It is too bad Verizon doesn't allow that feature. I have heard that the Q from Alltel lets that feature work.

Yep, it is the messages in the inbox/sent folder. If you keep those to a minimum, the phone is fast. I also think the V3m is a good phone. I've had mine for 9 months without any issues.

New Sprint Phone? (Now that the Sanyo 6400 has been discontinued)

in the Sanyo SCP-6400 forum

Now that Sprint PCS has discontinued the Sanyo 6400, I would like to see them introduce a new phone (with the same cool 6400 form factor) that would have everything on the list below (and more!?!?) *WAP 2.0 *Java (J2ME) *Bluetooth *PTT *Speakerphone *Ref lective TFT Color Screen (w/ variable, light sensing, backlight) *T9 *Candy Bar Form *Li-Ion Battery *Desktop charging stand option *E911 (location detection & broadcasting)
