last week while on the phone with tech support diagnosing a Amp'd Live problem, the guy i was talking to was reading back some tech notes about my issue when he mentioned HYBRID AND PAY-AS-YOU-GO CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE AN OVERDOSE PACKAGE($20)ONLINE, WILL RECEIVE THAT SUBSCRIPTION FOR LIFE. i personally haven't tried it yet, i'm a new Hybrid member with one more month of free OverDose.

according to Amp'd the only MicroSD memory card you don't want to you is branded by Patriot. when they first shipped the Hollywoods they came with 128mb Patriot MicroSD cards and had loads of problems with custmers unable to access Amp'd Live. apparently there is a compadability issue.

pretty lame dude. i have the same phone, and same plan. three weeks ago it was a hassle to replenish your account, but so what? for $50 a month we get unlimited minutes, text and picture messaging, music, ringtones, wallpaper, services, subsciptions, and more. as of last week custmer service has taken a total of two minutes to answer the phone and load up my account. i hope they never fix the hybrid/pay-as-you-go issue. STOP CALLING TRYING TO GET ...

custmer service has gotten better in the last couple of weeks :D technical support moved to a different office.i've been through 3 moto 816s, something about the PRL number being too low. the phone has always been great, i was having trouble downloading content from Amp,d Live. technical would spend as much time as possible trying to fix the problem and when they couldn't figure it out they sent me a new phone under warrenty.if this new Hollywood has ...
