its like this .now unless the article on failed outsourcing was wrong. but DELL spent almost $18 Million dollars preparing a centre and training reps in India 4 months of system and linguistic skills. the article said that this centre received so many complaints that calls would come in and if a India rep answered they hung up on the rep to callback and request someone in US or CANADA.

how does convergys own anything to do w/ Cingular. Cingular is wholley owned by 2 companied period that being Bell South and SBC. there is no stock in Cingulaer also if you want to use that argument.don't take this to sound mean or rude just facts. 8)

i work for convergys and since we have been told that Cingular does not outsource that we will lose them as a client .so who knows.
but as far a customer care for AWS i can't see them laying off everyone becaue as it has been said customer care is front line .and Cingular reps are not going to be able to handle pre merger calls.plus you can't take on 20 million customers w/o care reps.....

AWS has to keep TDMA opened until 2010 .atleast that is what the FCC says .they have to keep analog open until 2006 .now this may changed but this was the info given before the new year.they may allow them to turn it off completely befor this depending on how many people are still on it. the reason for analog having to stay on for so long is due to emergency services....again that is from a few ...

after you do the UPGRADE your locked in because its a 30 day SERVICE agreement .you can return the phone but as far as Aliant is concerned you wouldn't be doing the upgrade if you didn't like the service its such a scam .
also i think that the CRTC would say something about the ETF .i think in Canada the max ETF can only be $200 anyways .i may be wrong. the service is great but their ...
