It is not a cheap device, but you could take a look at the Nokia N80 Internet Edition. I'm not sure about the gps, but the rest of the specs fit your wish list.

Please excuse me if this appears twice--a little glitch with my login. In an article dated today, PCMagazine announces that tomorrow, May 4, will be the release date for the N75.

Thanks! I have a flight to New York tomorrow and I think I will carve out some time for a visit to the Nokia flagship store--I'd like to actually handle any devices I can before plunking down money. Though the price with contract is attractive, I am not sure I want to go with Cingular if I eventually gt the N75. Both of my kids have Cingular contracts and nether is happy with the coverage or ...

For lots of features plus Querty, I am considering the E90. Slated for a mid-summer release in France, Nokia US says it is in their "coming" lineup for the US this year and could appear at the same time. It follows the old "organizer" design but is quad band with wifi...and of course the querty keyboard which is accessed when the phone is opened. It appears on the French Nokia web site--ling follows. Amazon announes N75 Price
The Nokia N75 listing on Amazon.com has just been updated and now includes a price. Lists prices are not always correct, but here it is. List $449.99 and price with Cingular contract shows $363.99...for the moment!
