No apology necessary, man! Certainly not to me. I wasn't wanting to single you out specifically. I just wanted to address the general sentiment that I know is pretty widely-shared. Some people abuse the system, and it winds up giving everyone within the system a bad rap.

Sounds like Audi needs to figure out what key the TT is looking for, to me. I have no clue if that is something they can do with their dealership equipment, or if they can do a hard-reset of some sort on the hardware already in the car to reset everything. My wife is considering a refurbished Centro (GSM) from AT&T. Does anyone have any first-hand experiences with the refurbished units? Are they truly good-as-new as AT&T claims? Or are they problematic?

Speaking with no direct experience, as I don't even have my 580 yet... Does part of the normal button-push sequence for unlocking involve the center key of the D-pad? I've read in reviews that the D-pad is directly above the loudspeaker. Magnets inside the speaker interacting with magnets in a carry-case could very well be causing button pushes. Just a thought.

Did you record the voicedial "tag" through the bluetooth device? If not, then that may be why the voicedial fails. I had this problem; I recorded all my voicedial tags through the phone's mic. When I'd try to voicedial through the included handsfree headset included with the W300i, it would never match. This was solved by re-recording all the voicedial tags using the handsfree set.

I'd like to find a way to get rid of the included files that came with the phone from Cingular originally...the picture of the skateboard wheel, the little disco goat, the Medley songfile, and the pre-installed messaging templates.
