- No longer in the industry, but I visit here often, as I still enjoy reading about what's going on with this technology. 4+ years as a CS rep, 3 diff companies (ATT, CING, VZW). I've realized all people have the capacity to be extremely stupid, including myself. Every company can be great for one person, and a nightmare to another, and customers...oh the cutomers.... Customers will eventually piss you off no matter where you are or who you work for.
