- I am a Support Specialist for Sprint Together with Nextel (Yes, we HAVE to call it that) Corporate Account Services. My job is to take calls involving phone or account stats, bill information, genereal questions, activations, phone swaps, payments, complaints and grievances and just about any other customer service issue you can think of. I have registered on this site in order to attempt to provide what will hopefully be helpful information about Sprint and or Nextel phones, the Sprint/Nextel merger and to respond to other questions, complaints and or grievances anyone may have. (And yes, I actually DO use the cellular service I work for as my company of choice.) I also like to think I'm fun to talk to. :P
