- Hey my name is Bruce and I work for West Corporation. We are a 3rd party vendor for Cingular Wireless. I was originally trained for 2g(TDMA) & 3G NBO for former AT&T wireless, but that was a while back. Mainly all of my work has now been in Cingular's billing and ordering systems.
